CRIMINAL WORKS IN CEMETERIES

Several methods are used to engrave texts, portraits and decorative elements on the monument:

  • Hand engraving;

  • Sandblasting;

  • Engraving using laser technology.

Each of the above-mentioned technologies has its own advantages and disadvantages, and they are all used in stone processing companies.

Sometimes the services of an engraver need to be performed on a monument that has already been installed in a cemetery. MEMORAL is ready to provide this service to engrave the necessary information or decorative elements on the monument. In this case, the engraving is done by hand. Hand engraving is one of the best types of engraving that lasts the longest on stone. Before engraving the necessary text, year numbers or drawings, the engraver draws a sketch of how to better place the composition so that it organically fits into the existing composition on the stone.
